Borough Planning Commission The Coudersport Borough has a Planning Commission, that reviews an plans for land development or sub division and upon review and approval they contact the Coudersport Borough Council with their recommendations and the Borough Council will also review the land development or subdivision and if they approve the approval will be forwarded to Potter County Planning Commission for review and approval or rejection.
