Permits are needed to connect to the Coudersport sewer system and applications are available at the Borough office. There is also a drawing and specifications for the vent and trap as well as the materials approved for connection. Presently there is a $1000 tapping fee required for each new EDU Equal Dwelling Unit and a $200 or actual cost whichever is greater fee for the connection to the main line. The sewer system is presently being rebuilt and the present fee is $16.50 per month per EDU and beginning in September the rate will be increased to $36.00 per EDU.
